Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules governing use of the Renova Pro platform. It applies to all users including partners, restoration professionals (Pros), and administrators. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this AUP.

2. Permitted Uses

The platform may be used solely for legitimate business purposes related to the management and delivery of commercial restoration services, including:

• Submitting, managing, and tracking restoration work orders
• Communicating with assigned Pros and platform administrators
• Uploading photographs, documents, and information directly related to service delivery
• Reviewing and approving completed work
• Accessing invoices, reports, and accounting information for your account
• Managing your account settings, contacts, and location information

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform to:

• Submit false or misleading information, including inaccurate work order details, fraudulent invoices, or misrepresentation of service completion
• Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, including attempting to view or modify other partners' or Pros' work orders
• Circumvent security controls, including sharing login credentials, bypassing MFA, or attempting to access the platform through unauthorized means
• Upload harmful content, including malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the platform or its users
• Upload inappropriate content, including photographs or descriptions that are offensive, discriminatory, or unrelated to the restoration services being requested
• Scrape, copy, or harvest platform data for any purpose outside your authorized use of the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the platform
• Use the platform to solicit or conduct business outside of the Renova Pro service relationship, including directly contracting with Pros to bypass platform fees
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy laws, anti-spam legislation (CASL), or export controls
• Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with platform operations, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or any activity that degrades platform performance for other users

4. Content Standards

All content submitted to the platform — including work order descriptions, photographs, documents, and communications — must:

• Be accurate and directly related to the restoration service being requested or delivered
• Not contain personal health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive data beyond what is necessary for service delivery
• Not contain defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Comply with all applicable intellectual property rights (do not upload content you do not have the right to share)

5. Account Security Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others
• Completing MFA verification as required for administrator accounts
• Logging out of sessions on shared or public devices
• Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]
• Keeping contact information (especially mobile number for MFA) current and accurate

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in, at Renova Pro's sole discretion:

• A warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account access
• Legal action where the violation causes harm to Renova Pro, its clients, or third parties

Renova Pro will assess violations on a case-by-case basis and will generally provide notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP by another user, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification or email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
